Nyaribari Chache member of parliament Richard Ton’gi has called upon his opponents to stop politicising ongoing CDF funded projects.
The legislator accused some of his close opponents of misleading the locals by saying that he has failed to deliver in the short time he has been in office.
Addressing a number of residents at Mwakerandi village on Tuesday the MP said that he will continue to work with the locals until the last date as he is sure he will be re-elected for the second term.
“I will continue working for the residents as they are the ones who elected me and those who want me out of office let them wait for me in the ballot as I will win for I have worked well,” he added.
Tong’i called upon those doubting his work to freely walk into his office and he will account for each and every cent that has been used for projects.
He also called upon all the contractors working on projects to ensure that they complete them as soon as possible before entering into the general elections.
