This is according to President Uhuru Kenyatta who also noted that all leaders will be remembered for initiating projects that would transform the livelihoods of all Kenyans.

Speaking in Nakuru on Thursday, the Head of State slammed leaders who were out to achieve personal interests at the expense of the common mwananchi saying his administration had no time for such leaders.

"Any elected leader should prioritise service delivery because all of us were elected by these people to serve them. My government will only work with positive minded leaders ready to help me drive my development agenda," he said.

The President further advised the electorate to vote wisely come 2017 saying that chance should be given to individuals who walk their talk.

"Assess them according to how much they have done for you ever since you elected them to avoid making the same mistake twice, we don't need joy riders among the leadership cadre," he added.

Accompanied by his deputy William Ruto, the President officially completed his two-day visit in Nakuru County on Thursday.
