Nkaissery has accused Raila of allegedly demeaning his status by equating him to a hungry dog over his move to Jubilee. The CS made the threats during his recent tour in Kajiado County.

And now Geni, a staunch supporter of Raila, has dismissed the allegations terming Nkaissery an ‘attention’ seeker and challenged him to keep off the opposition leader.

“Raila is one politician who cannot incite people or otherwise character assassinate someone. The CS is just seeking attention which we are not ready to listen to. He should desist from mere threats or go to court instead of accusing Raila in public rallies,” he said during a funeral in North Mugirango.

“Our party leader is known for using figurative language and it has never been aimed at abusing someone as Nkaissery is purporting,” he added, urging the Cabinet secretary to desist from politicking statements uttered by opposition leaders.

Nkaissery has been locked in verbal exchanges with his former party leader, and at one time during protests against the electoral commission IEBC, he threatened to arrest the Cord leader.
