Kilifi governor hopeful Gideon Mung’aro has cautioned Coast residents against voting for the National Super Alliance (NASA) in the August 8 general election.Mung’aro claimed that NASA will not champion interests of Coast people.Addressing supporters in Kilifi Town on Tuesday, the MP claimed that NASA’s only agenda is to use Coast people to get to power and later abandon them.He claimed that NASA sidelined Coast people in its power sharing deal urging residents to be cautious of the opposition outfit.“NASA has no agenda for Coast and its leaders should not come here to confuse us because we have already decided where out votes will go in the August election,” said Mung'aro, as quoted by The Star.The ODM rebel MP accused a section of Coast politicians of being swayed by NASA’s rhetoric politics to confuse residents ahead of the August polls.Mung'aro said tCoast region will not be blinded by NASA, adding that they are ready to vote for President Uhuru Kenyatta.Both NASA and Jubilee are fighting to gain control of the Coast region.
