Deputy President William Ruto has said he has more experience in politics than Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.

Speaking in Baringo over the weekend, Ruto said the retired President's son should give him peace and respect.

"I am smart politically and ecademically than Gideon Moi, and therefore he should respect me,"said Ruto.

The Deputy President who spoke in local language said he has the all experince it takes to rule this nation.

"I acquired enough political experince since the Moi government until date," Ruto said.

Ruto also urged for peace as the country heads for 2017 general elections.

On Monday, Baringo senator Gideon Moi responded on the same calling on DP to respect him and shun 'insults'.
