Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto has ridiculed Deputy President William Ruto, the Chama Cha Mashinani leader saying that his bitter political rival has no future in Kenyan politics.
Speaking in Eldoret during a NASA rally on Wednesday, the firebrand Governor who is one of the NASA pentagon members said the Deputy President will have to go back to the political basics after August 8 and that he is ready to offer him a job in his party, CCM.
"I want to tell him (DP Ruto) that I'm ready to give him a job as a Secretary General of my party because Jubilee will die after August 8 elections. I need to take him back to the basics of politics," said the vocal Governor.
Ruto who vowed to ensure that Raila wins the August polls accused the DP of 'misleading' the community that Raila isn't fit to be President and that they should reject him
"We voted for Raila in 2007. Why did he (DP Ruto) not complain that he is not fit to be President? Raila is a Kenyan just like others. We will vote for him again," said the former Chepalungu MP.
