Simba Arati claims Deputy President William Ruto is a school dropout in connection with his ‘past’ question public conduct.
On Saturday, Ruto sensationally claimed that opposition leader Raila Odinga never attended school and even challenged him to provide academic certificates.
But at Eastleigh on Sunday, the Dagoretti North lawmaker accused Ruto of lacking respect on Odinga, further claiming Ruto’s intelligence is also questionable.
“I heard Ruto claiming that Raila is uneducated and that is just a fallacy. It is him we need to interrogate because of some damning behaviors.
“He should tell us whether learned people can grab school land in Lang’ata or even sleep with minors and even fail to support the end product,” added Arati.
Odinga, who is trying his fifth lack to be president, challenged IEBC to set elections on a later date in October adding that national exams could be postponed.
His remarks have led to mixed reactions from a number of stakeholders with the Jubilee leadership accusing him of planning to sabotage education system in the country.
