Deputy President William Ruto will be in charge of the re-scheduled Jubilee party nominations.
The primaries will now take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after a shambolic kick off on April 21.
The party will have to print millions of ballot papers to carter for the huge turn-out in the Jubilee strongholds.
“Yes he (Ruto) is here and he’s not leaving anything to chance,” a source said.
President Uhuru Kenyatta, however, said he has confidence in Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju.
The President also said that an additional backup would be send to the headquarters to assist secretariat in planning for new primaries.
The party must also put all the necessary logistics for the primaries- vehicles, personnel, machines and stationery by Monday morning.
