[Photo|DPPS]Deputy President William Ruto, has hit back at IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, after he warned political competitors, President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga to stop interfering with the Commission's work.During his statement, Wednesday after Commissioner Dr Roslyn Akombe, resigned, Chebukati, decried political interference, saying most of his statements are usually dismissed by a majority of the Commissioners, with aims to favour illegalities.Chebukati asked Uhuru and Odinga, to dialogue, so as to guarantee, the country a free, fair and credible poll on October 26.However, in a quick rejoinder, Ruto slammed Chebukati warning him to stop lecturing them.He asked him, to concentrate on preparing for the election, adding that Jubilee government needs no favours."Chebukati should stop lecturing us and oversee the elections. He is not doing us and we need no favours. By the way, we won on August 8 elections fair and square," said Ruto.
