Speaking during a Sunday church service at the PCEA Zimmerman church in Nairobi, Ruto further called upon those implicated in the over 971 million shilling scandal including former Devolution and Planning Cabinet Secretary Ann Waiguru to help with the investigation.

Ruto accused Waiguru of going round in circles to confuse Kenyans and detectives on the case.

''We don't need you to give us lots of English and catwalk around when it is clear that public money is missing and one of the suspects has admitted that she transported it in bags.Lets be honest with ourselves and call a spade a spade," said Ruto.

This comes after the former CS on Thursday told the parliamentary Public Accounts Committee that the DP's close aide Farouk Kibet was in some way involved in the saga.

The former CS had availed herself for the sitting to shed more light on the scandal to the Nicholas Gumbo led committee.
