Deputy President William Ruto's former close ally and Emurua Dikirr Member of Parliament Johana Ngeno has poked holes on his 2022 presidential bid.
Ruto is gearing up to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta after the 2017 general elections.
Speaking in Narok South on Saturday, the lawmaker claimed that Ruto's bid for the country's top seat will never materialise.
“Come 2022 DP Ruto will be seeing State House on television just like the previous Vice Presidents. He will be out just like Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moody Awori who were in the position he is now,” he noted.
Ngeno has been a fierce critic of the DP alongside Bomet governor Isaac Rutto.
He has since joined Chama Cha Mashinani on whose ticket he will be seeking re-election on during the forthcoming polls.
