Moiben MP Sila Tiren joined Alfred Keter at the Eldoret High Court for the determination of an election petition that was filled against him.
The judgement saw Keter's election nullified with the judge saying that the election was not conducted in free and fair grounds disadvantaging the petitioner.
As the final verdict stated, a fresh election will be held in Nandi Hills constituency.
"I wish my friend the very best as he goes back to seek the mandate of the people of Nandi Hills," Tiren who has been a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto, said.
After the ruling on Thursday afternoon, the leaders held several roadside rallies in Eldoret, with Tiren saying: "I won't stop addressing issues affecting our people especially on agriculture where the government has reduced the budgetary allocation by Sh10 billion compared to last year's allocation, the shortage of fertilizer and the price, importation of sugar, milk prices that have drastically reduced despite the assurance by government that it will remain at Ksh 43 per kilo and payment of farmers by NCPB."
He said the unity as community is paramount for future success.
Tiren also took issue after he, alongside Keter were branded Jubilee party rebels.
"We should not be termed as rebels when we raise issues affecting our people the issues that will in turn jeopardize our future endeavors," he warned.
