Deputy President William Ruto has reaffirmed the Jubilee government's commitment to implementing a hybrid manifesto they promised during the 2017 August 8 poll.

Ruto who spoke during an inter-denominational thanksgiving prayer in Ngenyilel, Turbo congruency which brought together 69 churches from Uasin Gishu county said the government would focus on four agendas and asked devolved units to include them in their plans.

The DP also asked Kenyans to resist divisive politics and hatred.

"Our mission is to unite the country and shun tribalism and retrogressive politics," Ruto said.

On his part, Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago said his administration would incorporate the Jubilee government's 'Big Four agenda' in the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP).

Mandago further proposed that the national government initiates a 5,000 housing units project in the county's capital, Eldoret.

"Eldoret is experiencing tremendous growth and there's need to increasing housing," he said.

The county boss further pledged to see to it that every household has access to clean water."We're working closely with national government to benefit from development projects," he said.
