Uhuru does not enjoy the will of the people. Those who want to remain in the state house to govern themselves can do that,'' Dr. Ndii told a leading television station today, Thursday.The opposition announced that its swearing-in committee has been established and that Odinga would be sworn in before January comes to an end.
