There was drama in Kona Kwa Shee area in Mikindani, Mombasa on Saturday after a man whose wife had just died was caught pants down with another woman.
The man, whose identity had not been revealed at the time of reporting, was caught in a lodging with an unidentified woman barely two days after his wife passed on following a short illness, Tuko.co.ke reports.The man is said to have gone to the lodging with the said woman before he was ambushed by residents.According to the daily, the residents wanted to punish the man for ‘disrespecting the dead’, before he was rescued by police officers who arrived at the scene.The officers arrested the two and took them to a nearby police station pending investigations.The residents faulted the man for having an affair with another woman before his wife was laid to rest.
