He threatened to return with a cane should the three leaders fail to resolve their issues amicably for the benefit of Kiambu residents.

''Kiambu is county number one where the president comes from. Don't embarrass us with all this noise. If you fail to resolve your issues amicably, I will return here with a cane,'' the deputy president threatened, triggering laughter.

The three leaders have been fighting each other to the disappointment of the vast majority of Kiambu residents who elected them as a team.

All of them were elected on a Jubilee ticket in the August 8 general elections.

This is not the first time that the deputy president has had to intervene in the conflict.

The women rep and the deputy governor have joined forces against the governor who they have accused of being dictatorial and not involving other county leaders in decision-making.
