There was drama at Maseno University on Friday morning as two female students were found deadly asleep on the main university road.
Close friends of the students noted that the duo had been drinking on Thursday night at Triple T Club in Luanda.
According to Jose, a boda boda rider at the University, the two were dumped helplessly at the spot by an unidentified motorcyclist.
“I was here when a man in a black jacket dropped them. After that, they could not make it to their hostels. I tried to help but they were drunk and couldn’t talk,” Jose told a Hivisasa writer.
Activities in the institution's main road were brought to a standstill after students spotted the two lying in the mud with their clothes all soaked.
Janet Auma, a sociology student claimed that the two have a habit of going out at night and brought back in an unconscious condition.
The student fraternity has blamed the ongoing lecturer strike for the continued deviance among comrades citing idleness as a major cause.
