There was drama yesterday during the burial of a Chuka University student as mourners demanded to know why the student's killers were still at large.

The burial took place at Mithandukuini in Gatanga sub-county.

Area chief Francis Kamau found himself in trouble when the mourners sought an explanation from him on the state of the investigations into the student's murder.Suspicion is rife that people known to the had a hand in the death.They hit out at the authorities for failing to reign in insecurity in the area and for trying to cover up the murder.The victim's death was allegedly occasioned by a brawl over a girl.
