Ouspoken Nyando MP Fred Outa is at it again after publicly clashing with the Kisumu County Executive in-charge of Agriculture in Ahero on Tuesday.
Outa who is not short of controversies had hit the headlines late last year when he was arrested for allegedly inciting Ahero Girls Secondary School students to hold a demonstration.
However, on Wednesday, trouble begun when Henry Obade, Kisumu County's Agriculture Executive tried to grab a microphone from him during a function to distribute tractors to rice farmers at Ahero.
Obade who was the Master of Ceremony during the function had accused Outa of taking too much time talking.
However, the move did not go well with the lawmaker whose infuriation triggered a showdown.
The two-term lawmaker at some point tried to draw a pistol with the security's attempts cool him down hitting a snag as he was boiling in anger.
Outa who is one of Raila Odinga's right-hand men in the region has declared his interest to run for Kisumu County Senate seat to replace outgoing Senator Prof Anyang' Nyong'o who wants to unseat incumbent Governor Jack Ranguma come the August poll.
