The lawmaker wondered why Raila was meddling in the affairs of the Luhya nation.

He said it was contradictory for Mr Odinga to shake hands with Uhuru in the interest of national unity and on the other hand hit out at efforts to unite Luhyas.

Raila is saying that because we have decided to walk together with Musalia we are tribal. He is up there shaking hands with Uhuru saying that he wants to bring the country together but when we, down here, come together with Musalia to unite our people we are called tribal,'' a seething Moses Wetangula said.

Mr Wetangula spoke on Saturday in Kakamega.

His strong words add another twist to the fallout that rocked NASA after the dramatic handshake between Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
