Thursday morning witnessed drama at the Court of Appeal when two law firms appeared for a blogger who appealed Ekuru Aukot's inclusion in the repeat presidential election.

Whereas one firm wanted to withdraw the case, the other one led by lawyer Nelson Havi who filed the case on behalf of Abraham Mutai demanded that the matter proceeds.

The lawyer sensationally claimed that Jubilee had forced his client to withdraw the matter and promised Mutai a Sh7 million token if he drops the case.

However, Jubilee through lawyer Tom Macharia termed Havi's allegations as "buffoonery and playing to the gallery".

Macharia said Havi should have instead put the issues he was raising in an affidavit and allowed him to respond.
