It was drama and disbelief at a local video show in Kipkaren centre, outskirts of Eldoret town on Sunday after two men went physical against each other over which team between England and Belgium was the best.
The two are said to have started their argument after England scored 5 goals in the first half during their clash with Panama.
Rasta a Belgium supporter is said to have been the cause of the drama as at one point during the argument threatened to go physical if anyone could dismiss his argument over the Belgium team.
David Momanyi a video attendant said Rasta was the one to be blamed.
"I know Rasta very well, he is my regular customer. Yesterday he came here drunk and started arguing over which team between England and Belgium was the best and when the other guy said England he got charged up and threatened to go physical if again he could dare to say that," he said.
It is said things became worse on second half resumption after England star striker Harry Kane added the sixth goal to which Rasta got provoked by the wild celebrations leading to the fist fight.
Rasta is said to have been seriously injured and was admitted at a local health facility for treatment while the other, not known to the locals escaped with a minor head injury and currently, nobody knows his conditions.
This, however, was not the first incident to have happened as a similar one had occurred as fans coming to watch the ongoing World Cup in Russia strived to show off their support to their teams.
