There was drama in Gilgil Friday morning after nuns accompanied by a contigent of police officers moved in to take over the St Mary's hospital.
The hospital has been under an ownership tussle between Fr Fryda and Assumption Sisters of Nairobi.
Police said the facility was under a new management after the sisters won a court battle.
Fr Fryday has however appealed the ruling of the court that recognised the nuns as the legal owners of the hospital.
