Have you ever been embarrassed by bad breath? Bad breath is something everyone has always wanted to avoid, not only having it but also smelling it. The food we eat does make us have bad breath. Also, some types of drinks we drink have bad effects on our breath. Here are good drinks that cause us bad breath:
AlcoholAlcohol makes people to have bad breath. Alcohol makes our mouths to dry which in turn makes bacteria to form causing bad breath. Certain alcohol types have bad breath that sticks in our mouths when we drink them.
MilkA cup of milk is very good for your skin and bones. However, “milk breath” will always remain in your mouth after enjoying this delicious cup of milk. Human mouth has excess of hydrogen sulfide with combines with milk causing a very foul, sour smell when we breathe.
Orange juiceOrange juice is highly acidic. When you take it, you will have a dry mouth after sometimes. A dry mouth is a disaster ready to happen. If you must take orange juice, add some water after few minutes.
SodaSoda is also acidic in nature. It causes dry effect in the mouth. Lack of saliva flow causes nasty smelling bacteria to hang around in your mouth instead of being swallowed down the stomach. Always keep your mouth wet with saliva or drinking water. Chewing gum could also be a good remedy to stimulate continued flow of saliva.
