Speaking over the weekend at Tinet Primary School Kuresoi South, during a thanksgiving and homecoming party of Ezekiel Kesendany after his graduation, local leaders insisted time was ripe for Kesendany to take up the job.

‘’ Our able governor, it’s now a high time to have Mr. Kesendany as your deputy come to 2017,’’ said Mr. Rotich Kipkurui.

Leader after leader pointed that the current director for special programs was indeed the man to champion Kuresoi residents’ agendas at the county.

"We want someone we can see on the ground listening to our needs. Kesendany is our only choice to deputize you," Margret Jepkurui said.

In his remarks Mr. Kesendany thanked the residents for the support and requested them to vote for Governor Kinuthia Mbugua in 2017.

‘’We started this journey together with ‘Mzee’ (Kinuthia Mbugua) back in 2012, we were about five of us. Due to some commitments we brought in some people to assist. Now we have settled the commitments and we are ready to serve our people. I wish to request you we give mzee a second term,’’ Kesendany said.

Mbugua in his speech, appreciated Kuresoi residents for their support.

"Let me be honest, you are always behind me, I get so much support from you people and I must honor your requests, my government is here to serve the residents of Nakuru," he said.
