The said was crawling on mud after a heavy down pouer on Monday night.
The incident which took place at the main bus station attracted onlookers who threw verbal jabs at the officer.
“This afande is from Maili kumi and we are so surprised that the area has no security.The government should ban drinking among police officers," a resident said.
The said officer was taken to Railways police station.
“We need security to be improved but not with this kind of security officers. The president should look into this matter,” another resident said.Pristone Mambili:
