Kitui senator David Musila has demanded for the immediate arrest and resignation of Garissa Township MP Aden Duale, saying he lacks leadership integrity.
This follows an audio clip on social media, which is believed to be of Duale's voice, inciting that Kenyans of Kamba community be evicted from the Constituency by locals, before the August 8, polls.
Addressing the press at parliament buildings Friday, the Wiper party chairman condemned Duale. saying he should be arrested and arraigned in Court.
"If a leader like Dule incites Kenyans. what does he expect of the ordinary mwananchi? He can not demand Kambas be evicted from Garissa and be let go free. He must be answerable to the audio clip doing rounds on social media.'' he said.
He warned that the utterances are likely to cause inter-community clashes ahead of the upcoming elections, if Duale is not arrested.
The National Assembly Leader of Majority has since dismissed the audio clip. saying it was a propaganda.
