National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has called upon Muslims to maintain peace and stability in the country.

Speaking during the Eid Ul Adha celberations on Monday, Duale speaking called for peace and unity in the country, further urging leaders to teach the true meaning of Islam as stated in the Quran.

“We as Muslims will maintain peace and order in our country, and I want to say that we as Muslims we can no longer shy but be at the forefront to teach the true meaning of Islam as found in the Holy Quran and teachings of noble prophet Mohamed,” Said Duale.

He further went ahead to thank the government for declaring yesterday’s Eid Ul Adha a public holiday.

Muslims across the world united to celebrate Idd-ul-adha.
