The legislator, who spoke in Garissa town during the graduation ceremony of Madarasa Khadija, called upon IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba to come out and explain how the distribution was undertaken in Garissa County.

Duale, who has been a strong critic of the NASA leaders, notes that his constituency only received 25 kits yet it has more than 55,000 registered voters yet other areas in the neighborhood were presented with 20 kits when they have less number of voters.

The vocal  MP said that it is clear the electoral body is playing games despite promising Kenyans that it will conduct free and fair polls when that time comes.

“We can see that the CEO is playing games with us. You have an agenda for Garissa Township. I am not happy with the way they are doing things,” Duale said.

Duale who will be defending his seat in August, added: “They need to come clean and explain how they ended up giving my constituency, which has the highest number of registered voters in Northeastern, such a small number of kits.”
