National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has rubbished calls from a section of Education stakeholders calling for the resignation of the now embattled Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i over school unrest.
Speaking on Saturday at County High School, Garissa where he presided over a prize giving ceremony, Duale urged all Kenyans to support Matiang'i, since as the Cabinet Secretary, he looks to bring educational reforms.
"We are in support of Cabinet Secretary Matiang'i on the education reforms and sanity he is bringing to schools. Let us all support him," Duale said.
"Those who participate in the burning of schools should be dealt with according to the law," he added.
