As part of an effort to make sure that students will not miss a desk in his Garissa Township constituency, Aden Duale distributed over 3,000 school desks funded by the Garissa Township Constituency Development Fund (CDF), to be used by more than 12,000 pupils from the 28 public primary schools.

The schools include:

Faryar Primary School, 70 desks

Rahma Primary School, 50 desks

Tetu Primary School, 150 desks

Iftin Primary School, 170 desks

Garissa Primary School, 170 desks

Sambul Primary School, 140 desks

Nasiib Primary School, 160 desks

Yathrib Primary School, 170 desks 

Tumaini Primary School, 90 desks 

ADC Primary School, 130 desks

AP Goodwish Primary, 80 desks

Jaribu Primary School, 170 desks

Hyuga Girls Primary School, 100 desks

Kazuko Girls Primary School, 70 desks 

Najah Primary School, 140 desks

B/Algy Primary School, 80 desks 

B/College Primary School, 70 desks 

B/Mzuri Primary School, 100 desks 

Al-Farouq Primary School, 130 desks

He said the remaining desks to be distributed were 200, for Madarasa Schools

''In the last nine years of my leadership we have build and equipped all our schools both primary and secondary with modern classrooms, administration blocks, laboratories, libraries , school buses. More teachers and partnership between parents, teachers, education stakeholders and my office,'' Duale said, Monday.
