Duale tours Nunow Modogashe road to inspect the flagship project

National Assembly Majority Leader and Garissa Township Member of Parliament Aden Duale toured Nunow Mogodashe road.

He was in the company of engineers from Kenya National Highway Authority and Zogmei Engineering resident.

He noted that 45km has so far be tarmacked.

He added that the road is one of the flagship infrastructures of the Jubilee Government.

He hinted that in the pipeline is the constructions of Isiolo-Wajir-Mandera which will be completed in the next four years with funding from the Government and World Bank.

He noted that the 600km from Lamu-Garissa-Isiolo under the LAPSSET project will commence in the next four months.“All this infrastructure development is to open up the region for investors and private sector to invest,” He said.

He thanked the President for the projects and said Garissa County is fully supporting Jubilee Government.

"Thanks to the {resident Uhuru Kenyatta for the distribution of Roads network across the country. Garissa residents fully support the Jubilee administration," he said.
