Machakos township member of parliament Victor Munyaka has noted that Majority leader Aden Duale should undergo a mental check up due to his utterance in Mark Too's burial on Monday about former president Daniel arap Moi.

Munyaka who is a Jubilee supporter said that Duale went too far in his statement citing that he should have respect for the elders and other leaders.

He added that Duale should be the first suspect concerning the incitement audio. 

Munyaka said this as he issued bursaries in several schools in his constituency. During Mark Toos burial duals had said that "Tuliokota Moi kwa kichaka" an utterance that has raised concern among Jubilee and Cord leaders.
