National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has named the man allegedly behind Cord leader Raila Odinga's scheme to rig the 2017 general elections.
Speaking on Sunday during a press conference at Jubilee's Pangani headquarters, Duale said that Raila was planning to use a foreigner by the name Michael Yard.
According to Duale, Mr Yard is in a technological conspiracy by Raila targeting to create false votes on the election day.
"We are aware that this same Michael Yard is the chief of International Foundation System. He was in the country during the 2013 elections and he has come again. He is not a staff of the IEBC and we are asking what his role is," said Duale.
"We have written to the IEBC that we do not want to see this Yard anywhere near its premises or even in any business they conduct," he added.
In a contrary stance, Cord leader Raila Odinga has on several occasions accused the Jubilee government of using the outgoing IEBC office to rig the August 8 general polls.
