Garissa Township MP Aden Duale has criticised opposition politicians from the region for allegedly misleading the electorate for their own selfish gains.
Speaking during a fundraising on Saturday, Duale said that the regional opposition politicians were being insincere to the electorate as well as the government of the day.
The vocal Jubilee politician further noted that the Jubilee government had rewarded the region with many high profile jobs including ministerial positions, which he said, the opposition politicians were too blind to see.
“Jubilee government has widely rewarded the NEP region. It has given us free hospitals, unlimited access to roads and high profile jobs, not meaningless mere pledges,” said Duale.
He, therefore, urged the residents to unanimously vote for Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy in the next elections so that they may complete their projects in the region.
