National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has asked National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Amolo Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta to hold talks without giving conditions.

This comes after the former prime minister dropped from the fresh election and transformed the alliance into a national resistance movement in the push for nullification of Uhuru’s win.

According to Duale, two political outfits should agree to the creation of the officer of the official opposition leader. The Garissa lawmaker said that Raila's endless demands are not good for this nation.

“Hon Raila Odinga if he would be a leader of the minority, he could have been the leader of the opposition and be in the house and lead his troops and form a show cabinet,” he said

However, NASA CEO Norman Magaya has opposed the move saying that the election cannot be solved by the creation of positions to accommodate complaints from other leaders.

“It is not about the creation of offices. We think that the current structure of government that if we have free and fair elections we will have a system where those who lose will be happy have lost fairly” he said.
