Garissa Township MP Aden Duale has outlined President Uhuru Kenyatta’s successes, telling Kenyans to vote for Jubilee in August.
He said Kenyans stand to gain more under Uhuru’s leadership.
The outspoken lawmaker said the Jubilee government had developed infrastructure including the SGR, roads, ports and airports, healthcare and energy expansion.He said since 2013, more health equipment has been bought and supplied to hospitals, 94 referral hospitals had been constructed, free maternity services were in place and there was more access to National Hospital Insurance Fund.
Duale also said 600 Megawatts of power had been injected into the national grid, 3.5 million Kenyans connected to electricity and a 50 Megawatt power project built in Garissa.
He said education through increased free education, capitation and free laptops to Class One pupils had also been implemented.
Duale said at no time has Kenya employed youth by absorbing them into the police service and the military more than during Jubilee’s time.

He is defending his MP seat against former Parliament Deputy Speaker Farah Maalim.
Maalim accuses him spending too much of his time defending the Jubilee government instead of helping uplift the livelihood of Garissa residents.
Uhuru is seeking re-election against opposition leader Raila Odinga and eight other contenders.
