Employ teachers who are ready to teach in Northern schools Duale tells TSC

National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale and Garissa Township Member of Parliament has called upon Teachers Service Commission (TSC) to employ teachers who are 'ready' to teach Northern schools.

The vocal MP said Jubilee Government has invested heavily on security in Northern Kenya both internally and in Somalia under Amison.

The lawmaker made the remarks during the annual career motivational talk for form four students of Garissa Township schools.

The event was organized by NEP University Students from Kenyatta University.

He urged Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) and Teachers Service Commission (TSC) not to profile Kenyan teachers into locals versus nonlocals.

“We are all Kenyans and both our teachers and pupils are one in a united county,” He stated.

He added that we should not allow terrorist to divide our nation and destroy our education system.

“Let’s not allow terrorists to divide our nation and destroy our education system,” Noted the Majority Leader.

In attendance were key professionals, academicians, and educationalists who motivated and inspired the students towards passing their final exams.

He added that this year they will strive to achieve great performance.
