Garissa Township Mp and National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has 'mocked' the presence of self-declared president Raila Odinga in Court on Monday.
According to Duale, Raila is 'bored' with no State functions to perform since his controversial 'oath' taking on January 30.
Through his official Twitter handle on Monday, Duale further remarked that it was awkward for Raila to avail himself in Court as it is the same judiciary that confirmed President Uhuru Kenyatta's legitimacy after the second presidential petition at the Supreme Court.
"What's the people's president doing in court , a judiciary that confirmed president uhuru Legitimacy . Baba is bored with no state functions to perform," Duale tweeted.
Raila availed himself at the Milimani Law Court on Monday during the mention of a case involving National Resistance Movement (NRM) general and lawyer Miguna Miguna.
Miguna was arrested on Friday, February 2 after he participated in the controversial swearing-in of Raila, an event held at Uhuru Park in Nairobi.
Since January 30, opposition leaders have had a rough time with law enforcers with Ruaraka Mp TJ Kajwang' and Makadara Mp George Aladwa also having been arrested in connection with the same event.
