Majority Leader Aden Duale on Sunday claimed CORD chief Raila Odinga wants to use technology to rig the upcoming 2017 General Elections.
The Garissa Township legislator sensationally claimed that the Cord leader has instituted a foreigner,r Michael Yard, at IEBC to influence the outcome of 2017 polls.
"We are aware that this same Michael Yard is the chief of International Foundation System. He was in the country during the 2013 elections and he has come again. He is not a staff of the IEBC and we want to know his roles," said Duale.
The vocal MP said Jubilee had petitioned IEBC to restrict Yard from accessing its offices and executing activities that are under its mandate.
"We have instructed IEBC to restrict him from accessing Anniversary Towers. He is dangerous in our election system and should be avoided completely," Duale added.
