According to Duale, the video is fake and compounded with crude propaganda being spread by his political rivals.

"The audio clip circulating online with comments allegedly made by me is fake and crude propaganda in its raw form. I have since learnt that the cheap audio is the work of a bygone era politician," posted Duale on his Facebook.

"His attempt to cook fake news collapsed miserably Someone should come and tell me, I was there and that I am the owner of this tape, confirm the venue and the youths who were being addressed and any other evidence," he added.

"This video is a totally concocted propaganda and the clip was corrupted. All my recent functions, I've posted online on my verified accounts," he added.

For the better part of the week, Kenyans expressed their anger by calling on the immediate arrest of Duale.

However, police sources are yet to react to the allegations.
