Duale, Garissa Township MP, said that Raila has a great opportunity to show evidence that he was rigged during the just concluded general elections.

“Everybody, the voices of the reason, have been urging those not satisfied with the outcome of the polls to petition in court. Let their lawyers now bring the evidence before the court and I am certain our lawyers and those from IEBC will counter all the evidence they come up with,” he said.

Raila said that they have decided to move to the Supreme Court to determine whether they can get justice after they were denied the same during the last general election.

“Our decision to go to court constitutes a secondary chance to the Supreme Court. The court can us this chance to redeem” he added.

Raila also said that he will expose the rot in (IEBC). He accused the commission of cooking results by creating non-existent polling stations and fake returning officers.

“We will show how they shamelessly cooked the results in non-existent polling stations and gazette fake returning officers,” he stated.
