Leader of Majority in the National Assembly Aden Duale has addressed the  alleged division between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto.

It is alleged the two Jubilee leaders are not in terms due to disagreements over Cabinet appointments.

Speaking to a local daily, Duale dismissed existence of any rift between the two leaders stating that everybody is behind Uhuru.“We have one government which is led by the President. All of us, including me and the DP, are behind our leader and we endorse every decision he takes," said Duale.

According to Duale, any speculation about the controversy are out to create anxiety that does not exist.

"Those who are speculating on the absence of the DP want to create a controversy where there is none. They are still stuck in the old ways of the coalition government. Our government is one and united,” said Dule.

DP Ruto's absence during the partial naming of Cabinet led to speculations that he is not in terms with his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta.
