Majority leader Adan Duale has warned the opposition against blaming President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto for historical injustices the nation has suffered since independence.
According to Duale, politicians launching attack after attack against the Jubilee government are enemies of development.
"Ask us what we haven't done, not what wasn't done decades ago. This government will be inclusive and irrespective of party affiliations," he said.
He pointed out that Jubilee has done a lot for the people of Garissa, thus it deserves another term in office.
"Nunow -Madogashe road will be finished end of 2016. Mandera-Elwak road is already on course and the certificate for Madogasge-Wajir road will be issued within this month," he said. He added:
"The Jubilee government has given us free hospitals, access roads, jobs not meaningless pledges," he added.
Duale, who recently rubbished Coalition for Reforms and Democracy leader Raila Odinga’s possibility to win the elections with Joho as his running mate, urged residents to this county to support President Kenyatta in order to realize the fruits of devolution.
He asked residents of this region to stand with Jubilee and shun divisive politics. Duale argued that Raila cannot outdo President Uhuru Kenyatta when it comes to track record.
