The Parliament Majority Leader has been crisscrossing the constituency wooing voters to support his MP bid during the August election.

On Tuesday, the vocal legislator held a series of rallies during a meet-the-people tour of Bulla ADC, Maalim Adaan, Garissa Ndogo, Bulla Power and Bulla Sheikh where he urged the residents to vote for Jubilee since “we have a superior plan for Kenya that our competitors can only copy because it's the best”.

Before the Tuesday rallies, he had met striking Garissa County health workers where he laid the Jubilee scorecard and convinced the health practitioners to vote for Jubilee.

Duale is facing off with former Parliament Deputy Speaker Farah Maalim who is keen to oust him following accusation that he has been busy defending the presidency ignoring development back in the constituency.

On Monday, Duale met members of the Kalenjin community living in Garissa. He told them to mobilize residents to vote for the Jubilee administration.

On the same day, he met over 3,000 women grassroots campaigners and mobilisers from Iftin Ward. Earlier on in the day, he had made stopovers at Bulla Iftin market and bus stage where he addressed residents and urged them to support Jubilee so that “we can continue on our journey of transforming the lives of Kenyans”.

He also held a rally in Bulla Rahma, Dekabury, Sarman in Iftiin Ward to campaign for President Uhuru Kenyatta.

He called on the constituents “to stay on the path already paved by the Jubilee administration for the welfare of every Kenyan.” On July 1, he met members of the Meru community residing in Garissa.
