Garissa Township Member of Parliament Aden Duale is now appealing to the pastoralist communities to join the Jubilee party, stating that it is the only coalition that has their interests at heart.
"I appeal to all pastoralist communities in the country to join the Jubilee Party because their unique challenges as pastoralists will be addressed now and even after the 2017 General Elections," Duale said.
The national assembly majority leader also urged rival politicians from the opposition coalition to unite and make their own coalition, stating that such a move will enhance peace and stability in the nation that is staring at ethnic political divisions.
“We as the Jubilee party wants to leave a political legacy where the country will have at most two parties that all Kenyan citizens can identify with. I also urge the opposition to unite and form their own one party for the prosperity of the nation," he said.
Duale expressed his optimism that Jubilee would win the next presidential elections since they are well set with their able presidential candidate already in place.
