Majority leader of the national Assembly Aden Duale greatly enjoys fresh milk straight from a camel.
Not many individuals consume milk without first boiling it, but Garissa township legislator has proven that he has strong appetite to mind.
The outspoken Garissa politician took unboiled camel milk when he joined pastoralists at a water point in his constituency.
However, pastoralists in the area say camel milk can be consumed without boiling, but on condition that one is aware of his or her body immunity.
The viral photo has however not gone uncriticized with a section of critics saying that the action was just a publicity stunt meant to blindfold Garissa electorates who happen to be camel keepers.
Kenyans on social media forums also criticized the house majority leader for reviving old fashioned cultures that prove unhygienic.
