National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale [Photo/Kenya Today]As National Super Alliance (NASA) legislators refuse to submit the names of their members, National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has promised to move forward without them.
Duale has accused the NASA leaders of 'holding them hostage' and how vowed that he will not stand for it anymore.
"I have already forwarded the list for the Selection Comittee to discuss it next week. Thereafter, we will constitute all relevant committees," Duale said.
"We have already given them enough time. If they don't bring their list next week, let them bring it next year. We will approve," he added.
According to Duale, the jubilee administration is able to raise a requisite forum for committees to carry out their work without the help of the Nasa counterparts.
He further highlighted how the House Business Committee that is composed of only Jubilee MPs and chaired by Speaker Muturi is still doing their job withou any help from the opposition.
Legislators are due to carry on with the November recess next Tuesday and both houses are set to take a 10-week holiday from December till February.
