"NASA leaders should stop fueling tension in the country with their illegal swearing in and leave Kenyans to enjoy their peace," he said.
Duale said that Jubilee will not fall for NASA's blackmail and intimidation.
The MP said that NASA will not force Jubilee to dialogue on no existence issues adding that they (Jubilee) are focused on serving the country.
The leader of Majority in the National Assembly asked Kenyans to ignore opposition's leaders and support president Uhuru Kenyatta's government's development agenda.
Duale said that Raila's planned swearing is a trick by the opposition to seek sympathy and a share of the Jubilee government.
NASA leaders have been on the spot after their recent claims that the country will plunge into chaos if Jubilee ignores dialogue agenda.
On Sunday, during their Coast people's assembly convention in Mombasa, NASA deputy leader Kalonzo Musyoka said that the country will go the South Sudan or Somalia way if Jubilee continues to ignore dialogue talks.
A section of Jubilee politicians now wants Kalonzo to be probed over his alleged remarks.
The opposition has maintained that it will swear in Raila and Kalonzo as the people's president and deputy respectively on January 30.
The government has however termed the planned swearing-in illegal and highly treasonous.
