Cases of corruption in the land sector are not something new in the country.
This is the case even as land has remained the single most emotive issue in the country.
Now in a bid to change the narrative, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has launched a probe into the systems, policies, procedures and practices at the Ministry of Lands.
According to EACC chief executive, Halakhe Waqo, the exercise aims at curbing cases of corruption in the Land Sector.
Meanwhile, lands Cabinet Secretary, Jacob Kaimenyi has asked Kenyans to come together and fight corruption in the lands sector.
The exercise will be carried out for a period of four months.
